Possible Relief for My Knee Pain-CBD oil

I have been doing some research on CBD oil (cannabinoid oil.) Turns out it is good for the treatment of :
Anxiety Management,
Autoimmune Disorders
Antibacterial Action
Anti-Inflammatory Effects
Bone Growth
Chronic Pain
Seizures and Muscle Spasms
Diabetes and Heart Disease
and many other disorders...
(Just a few of my Sources:  Healthy Living Benefits, TheWellnessKnowledge,) I highly recommend reading the article from The Wellness Knowledge, but please do your own research.

I finally decided to get some.

Saturday, we went a local store that offers many tobacco related products and well as incense, hippie-wear, etc. And a variety of CBD products, including oils, edibles and smoke-ables. After talking with the young surfer-dude behind the counter who had a good knowledge of the subject, I chose the one ounce dropper of 550mg CBD oil.

There are many ways to administer the oil, but I have chosen to take 4 drops at night before bed and 2 drops in the morning. I put the drops under my tongue and hold it there for about a minute or two, then swallow. The one I bought is organic with a natural vegetable glycerin. Just two ingredients.

I've read it can take as long a 2 weeks to work, but I am on day 4 and am noticing some differences. First off, I am not feeling as nervous/anxious as usual. I'm sleeping better. I feel calm. My knees are still hurting, but the pain level has gone from a 12 to a 8. That means I have gone from hunched down limping so badly that my hips start hurting, to standing up straight and being able to bend my knees a little as I walk. The limp is still there and here back at work means sitting for most of the day may slow any progress, but I am hopeful. The cost for the CBD oil? $120.00 for the one ounce 550mg bottle with dropper. That seems a lot, but pharmaceutical medicines can run far more and this one bottle should last at least six months to a year.

There is a lot of information on CBDs and I highly recommend those interested do some research. Just keep in mind there are those out there that can't stand the idea of the general public making informed choices on their health. They don't make money on people becoming well/healthy, they only make money on people sick.

Just this hippie's journey.

thank you for reading and peace to you.
